Spring is finally here, and this means that the city is filled with numerous culturally enriched events and festivals.

The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality is excited to once again invite members of the media to attend Tel Aviv EAT, the only food festival in Israel that gathers the best chefs, the best dishes, and the best dining experience all in one place.

On May 29-31, from 18:00, Charles Clore Park will be transformed into a festive market venue, with live music, colorful food trucks, innovative street food, live performances from celebrity chefs, and sample dishes from the best restaurants in Tel Aviv. 

Celebrity chefs on location include: Haim Cohen, Shaul Ben Aderet, Yuval Ben Neria, Aviv Moshe and many others.

  • Playing in The City

The Rabin Square will be transformed into a giant playground for young children to play, explore and discover filled with sandboxes and plenty of intriguing toys. The giant colorful play area is going to expose innovations and projects that will be implemented in the city as part of the Urban 95 partnership with the Tel Aviv Municipality.

    Docaviv, The Tel Aviv International Documentary Festival, will celebrate its 20th birthday in May with 10 days of screenings schedule focusing on women’s empowerment, refugees and the politics of globalization. Docaviv is the largest film festival in the city of Tel Aviv, and the only festival in Israel dedicated in its entirety to documentary films.   • Tel Aviv Cocktail Week

    This year will be the first year Tel Aviv hosts a “Cocktail Week” in which the city’s most famous bars will collaborate and serve 25nis cocktails, showcasing a variety of flavors and ingredients, at an affordable price. Pop up bars will be placed across the city that never sleeps, featuring original cocktail presentations and combinations. The festival is held in collaboration with the Municipality of Tel-Aviv.
  • Late Nights in Jaffa
    Flea Market/Greek Market

Summer in Jaffa sees the legendary Flea Market come to life with some late-night activities throughout the month of May. The streets around the Jaffa Flea market will be filled with street performances, live music, artist stalls and more.

    Jaffa Port
    Every Friday in May, 11:00-17:00

Another season of Friday Live is taking place in one of the oldest active ports in the world.  The Port of Jaffa is hosting performances by incredible musicians on every second Friday in May (starting May 4th) including performances by Marina Maximilian, Lucille Crew, Yemen Blues and more!
